Yamaha’s latest pocket recorder boasts a selection of snappy features designed to outdo the preceding model, from quadraphonic recording to multi-track sequencing and built-in effects. However, the chances are that a portable recorder is unlikely to be your primary recording device, so such features are often not quite as useful as they might at first appear.
